We cannot ship to PO boxes, including APO and FPO addresses.
You will receive an email from our representatives notifying you that your order has shipped and a tracking number for your package.
Allow 3-7 business days from ship date, depending on destination.
To guarantee delivery date, choose expedited shipping options.
Shipping and delivery days are Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.
Next Day and 2nd Day Air orders must be placed by NOON (12 PM) Eastern Time to be shipped the same business day. Orders placed after noon on Friday will not be shipped until Monday.
For oversized or drop shipped items additional surcharges will apply.
International will incur additonal shipping charges.
          
Payment     We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. At this time we only accept credit cards issued in the United States or with a U.S. billing address.  Your charge will appear as Afghanistan Market Development, Inc, on your statement.
         
Returns & Exchanges     Artizan Sarai will gladly issue a refund for the value of the merchandise returned (postmarked) within 15 days from the date of receipt and refund you for the original purchase price, minus the shipping, handling, or other charges according to our Return/Exchange Instructions. Please follow the steps below.

     1. If you would like to return/exchange an item, please contact us for a
         RAN number and form. This will be emailed to you.
     2. Enclose the original forms (packing slip & Return/Exchange form) along with the
         return merchandise packed securely in a well sealed box, or original packaging if
         possible, to the address provided on the form

Be advised, we cannot process any returns or exchanges without the original packing slip/invoice – please be sure to include your packing slip/invoice along with your Return/Exchange form. Please allow up to 4 weeks for us to receive your return and process your request.

Important
We cannot accept the return of any item with an indication that it has been used. Artizan Sarai will not issue store credit or refunds for used items.

Contact Customer Service immediately if you have received:
     • a Damaged or Defective item,
     • a Wrong Item,
     • an Extra Item,
     • Missing Items.

You must place a claim within 7 days of delivery to be issued a credit or to be reshipped replacement item(s). We are sorry but Artizan Sarai will not assume responsibility for missing items after this period.

Merchandise given as a Gift?
We cannot issue refunds or exchanges for returned items received as gifts; we will issue a virtual Artizan Sarai gift certificate via email for the amount owed instead. When returning gift merchandise, please complete the Return/Exchange form and make sure to clearly provide the email address that you would like your gift certificate sent to.

Exchanges
1. Check our website first to check the availability of items.
2. If the item is available, please place a NEW order online.
3. Request a return form/RAN number and follow the return procedures above for the original item.
4. When merchandise is received, we will then process your refund and issue a credit to your charge/debit card.

Due to the very unique and special nature of our business, promoting fair trade goods that are each handmade all around the world, we do sometimes run out of stock of popular items. We process exchanges this way to expedite your exchange in the timeliest manner and ensure that your desired merchandise is still available.

Final Sale Merchandise
No returns will be accepted on Final Sale Merchandise. Final Sale Merchandise are identified on the product page of the website or by the Customer Service Representative when you place an order. It is also identified in the confirmation email and the packing slip. We will allow you to exchange a Final Sale Item for another size, depending on availability. Please contact Customer Service to inquire about Sale.
